New Pattern: Three Acres Totes
We have a new yarn in the store: Universal Yarns Clean Cotton Big.
The minute I opened up this box, I knew I had to design a mesh-style tote bag in this giant, gorgeous recycled cotton.
Clean Cotton Big is a super chunky yarn made entirely of recycled fiber (85% cotton, 15% poly). It has a ropey style, making it the perfect strong yarn to become a bag. And it comes in breezy, summer colors that I know you will love.
Stuff in your veggies at the farmer's market, or stuff it full of yarn! It can handle it all!
The Three Acres Tote takes just 3 balls of Clean Cotton Big, and size US 15 (10mm) needles in double-points/two circulars/Magic Loop (for the bottom gusset of the bag) and a 24" size US 17 (12mm) (for the body and handles).
You can knit it up in just one weekend!
