Are you ready to grab two sticks and some string and turn them into amazing knitted fabric? 

Would you like to join an incredible community of fellow knitters and change the way you "sit around" forever? 

In this online Learn to Knit class with Ingrid, you will learn all of the introductory skills you need to launch into your new hobby. She will guide you through casting stitches on to your needles, making the knit stitch, making the purl stitch, knitting back and forth, and knitting in the round on circular needles. In the end, you'll have a great new hat to show off!

Skill Level: True Beginner

You may buy your materials a-la-carte (listed below), or choose one of our pre-packaged supplies bundle and save (we will ask you to select your yarn color before class).

• 150 yds of a light colored, worsted weight yarn such as Dream in Color Classy, Berroco Ultra Wool, Malabrigo Rios, Berroco Vintage, Blue Sky Woolstok
• US 8 (5.0mm) straight needles
• 2 pairs of 16" circular needles size US 8 (5.0mm)
• 10 stitch markers
• 1 needle tip protector
• 1 tape measure or ruler
• 1 darning needle

Have your yarn and tools ready.

Zoom: Class Zoom links will be emailed prior to class. Class will be recorded and available to students for 2 months from the date of the last class.

Class size: Class will be limited to 8 students

Class Policies

• All class fees are due at the time of your reservation.
• Class materials are not included in class fees, unless otherwise noted in class description.
• You must purchase your materials prior to your first class. 
• Refunds for store credit will only be issued for cancellations prior to one week before first class unless otherwise specified. No refunds are available for cancellations less than one week prior to your first class. There are no partial refunds for missed classes.
• Discounts for class materials or post-class purchases exclude classes, events, and consignment items.
• Class size is limited to 8, unless otherwise noted. Classes with 2 or less signups may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor (refund will be issued).
