Sizes US 2 (2.75mm) – US 8 (5.0mm) are carbon fiber needles with a stainless steel tip, have a SMALL [S] size join, and work with [S] diameter cables. Sizes US 9 (5.5mm) – US 15 (10.0mm) are African Blackwood needles with a stainless steel tip, have a LARGE [L] size join, and work with [L] diameter cables.
