All class fees are due at the time of your reservation.
Class materials are not included in class fees, unless otherwise noted in class description.
You must purchase your materials prior to your first class.
Refunds for store credit will only be issued for cancellations prior to one week before first class unless otherwise specified. No refunds are available for cancellations less than one week prior to your first class. There are no partial refunds for missed classes.
Discounts for class materials or post-class purchases exclude classes, events, and consignment items.
Class size is limited to 8, unless otherwise noted. Classes with 2 or less signups may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor (refund will be issued).
Because pre-recorded online courses contain digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds for those courses.
Afghan eCourse Specific Policy: before January 1, 2025, cancellations are eligible for a refund for store credit minus a 15% processing fee; after January 1, 2025 no refunds are available. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time but will lose access to course materials if cancelled prior to 18 month commitment period.
