Because online courses contain digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment, we cannot offer refunds.
Online courses require customer account creation to access.
Afghan eCourse Specific Policy: before January 1, 2025, cancellations are eligible for a refund for store credit minus a 15% processing fee; after January 1, 2025 no refunds are available. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time but will lose access to course materials if cancelled prior to 18 month commitment period.
