Why is my discount code not working/club page not showing?
All members-only content (like discount codes and restricted pages) will only show to club members who are logged in to their account at Knot Another Hat. If you are having trouble, first go to the upper right corner and make sure you are logged in. If you have used more than one email address to shop with us, you will need to be logged in to the account you used to purchase your Club membership.
I forgot to put my code in, can you refund me?
Please make sure you have entered your code before completing checkout. If you forget and need to ask for your code to be retroactively refunded, we will charge a 4% fee on the total amount of the refund to cover lost merchant fees.
Where do I find my course?
Our Virtual Courses are hosted on a platform called Thinkific, which requires its own unique login and password (different from our website). If you have purchased a course in our Virtual Classroom for the first time, check your email (or spam folder) for your invitation to create your Thinkific account. If you have purchased previous courses from us, your new course has been added to your account Dashboard, and you can log in here.
Can I add my pattern download to Ravelry?
After checkout you will be offered a button on your Order Confirmation page that you can click to add the pattern to your Ravelry library. If you like to store your patterns on Ravelry, please click this button before closing the Order Confirmation page.
