Join Jill to knit your very own Emotional Support Chicken™! Life is Hard. We all need a chicken to make it better! This popular and clever pattern by Annette Corsino is a modification of a pattern by the late Bev Galaskas for Fibertrends called Henrietta and Family. This four-session class is great for any knitter who wants guidance from Jill (who can knit anything) and the support to make an ESC along with other knitters. Warning: You can’t make just one! 

Skill Level: This class is suitable for advanced beginner and higher knitters. You should know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off.

Materials:

• "Emotional Support Chicken™" pattern by Annette Corsino, available for purchase on Ravelry.
• Worsted weight yarn; 200 yards MC, 100 yards CC, 10 yards ea for wattle, crown and beak. Want some bling on your ESC? Try adding Paillettes or Make it Tweed!
  
• Size US 7 (4.5mm) needles
• Size 4.5mm crochet hook (optional)
• Finishing needle
• INCLUDED with class purchase and provided in class:
  • Two 12 or 15mm safety eyes
  • Polyfil stuffing

Homework:
Have your yarn wound and cast on 19 sts.

Class size: Class will be limited to 6 students.
