Enjoy Winter with a new skill: knitting! In Jill's Learn to Knit class you will learn how to knit while making a beautiful cowl to keep you warm.
Skill Level: This is a class for true beginners. You will learn how to cast on, form the knit stitch, knit in the round, and bind off.
Materials:
Registered students will be emailed a coupon code for 10% off class materials purchased at Knot Another Hat, and will receive a one-time 15% off coupon for a post-class purchase.
- Churchmouse Yarns' pattern, Stockinette Stitch Cowl and Handwarmers, available for purchase on Ravelry
- 140 yds of smooth, light to medium colored worsted weight yarn
- Needles: size US 9 (5.5mm) 16" circular needle
- Stitch marker
- Finishing needle (for weaving in ends)
Homework:
Have your yarn wound (if needed) and ready to cast on.
