Enjoy Winter with a new skill: Knitting! In Jill's Learn to Knit class you will learn how to knit while making a set of fingerless mitts to keep your hands warm. Included with your class registration is access to our online Learn to Knit class for continued support following your in-person instruction. Also included is our "I Learned to Knit at Knot Another Hat" tote bag (pictured)!

Skill Level: This is a class for true beginners. You will learn how to cast on, make the knit stitch, bind off, and create a simple seam.

Materials:
Registered students will be emailed a coupon code for 10% off class materials purchased at Knot Another Hat, and will receive a one-time 15% off coupon for a post-class purchase.

• Your First Mitts pattern by Sarah Keller (included with class purchase; you will receive a copy in class and have access to a pdf via our online LTK class)
• 130-145 yds of smooth, light to medium colored bulky weight yarn; suggested yarns Berroco Vintage Chunky, Berroco Ultra Alpaca Chunky, Malabrigo Vientos
• Needles: size US 10.5 (6.5mm) needles
• Measuring tape
• Finishing needle (for weaving in ends)

Homework:
Have your yarn wound into a ball (if needed) and ready to cast on.
