Subscription Policy
When you purchase a subscription you are authorizing repeat charges (and deliveries if your subscription is for a physical product). These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged at the frequency of your selected product.
Some subscriptions can be managed from within your Account settings, depending on the subscription terms. If you are unable to edit your subscription, please call or email to discuss further. Not all subscriptions can be self-cancelled/edited. Some subscription auto-renewals that are not managed ahead of renewal time may not be eligible for refunds; some may be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee to cover merchant fees.

SUBSCRIBE and SAVE on limited edition monthly yarns from various artisan yarn dyers. By subscribing, you'll save 10% off the regular retail price, and be guaranteed your skein! We only get a limited number of these special skeins, and these popular yarns sell out quickly. Subscriptions bill on the 28th of each month for the next month’s color, which ships during the first week of the month. Subscriptions started after the 27th of the month will begin with the following month’s colorway.

The Madelinetosh Hue-of-the-Moment (HOTM) club offers limited edition colorways not available everywhere. Available for Tosh Merino Light, you can choose as many skeins as you'd like. (See the regular, non-subscription, product listing for Tosh Merino Light to see yarn specs and past month's colors.)
Each month you will be automatically billed for your subscription and we will ship the hottest new color off to you.
Your subscription commitment has a 3-month minimum; after 3 months you can cancel or pause your subscription.
(Example colorways are pictured; each new month's colorway will be a surprise.)
**Note: Hand-dyed yarns vary from skein-to-skein and more so from batch-to-batch. We recommend that you purchase enough yarn at once to complete an entire project. Also, when using hand-dyed yarns in a project that requires more than one skein, we recommend alternating skeins every other row to even out any differences.
