The Team Awesome Afghan (designed by Sarah Keller and the team at local yarn store Knot Another Hat) is the ultimate sampler. Instead of committing to one massive, repetitive pattern, you’ll tackle individual 12" squares, each featuring one of five unique designs from our talented team here at KAH. It’s like a flight of craft beers—you get a taste of everything! The finished afghan is approximately 65x65".

The Knitty Gritty:
- Course enrollment is open from January 13 through February 9, 2026.
- Requires 3488 yards of worsted weight yarn (class discount available).
- Once enrolled, you will have access to full details on yarn requirements, class discount coupon, and tool recommendations. Registered students will receive 15% off yarn purchased for their afghan (yarn and materials are not included in the course price).
- Your first lesson will be available February 15, 2026. Lessons will include a variety of notes, videos, and handouts to guide you through the project.
- Each subsequent lesson will be released on the 15th of the month through August 15th, 2026. In addition to the 5 different square lessons we will cover assembly and knitting the border.
- After the course is complete you will have access to all course materials and the virtual classroom indefinitely.
- Course Cancellation Policy: before February 15, 2026, cancellations are eligible for a refund for store credit minus a 15% processing fee; no refunds are available beginning February 15, 2026, the day the first lesson launches.
