From jars of pickles and pumpkin pies to adorable mittens and wreaths of flowers, Yula presents all the little things that make life enjoyable—and turns them into charming embroidery motifs for crafters of all skill levels! Split into four distinct categories—Plants, Daily Life, Favorite Things, and Samplers—these designs invoke a sense of comfort and peace, emphasizing everyday objects as precious treasures to frame in the home, embellish clothing, or sew onto pouches.
This collection includes all-new motifs, such as:
- delicate white flowers, wreaths, and flowerpots bursting with life
- a delicious breakfast spread, playfully patterned socks, and charming stationary
- bright cherries, sweet bakery breads, and darling mushrooms
- cookies, teatime delectables, and veggie gardens and more!
A dedicated section of Yula’s helpful tips from years of crafting provides specific information on tools and in-depth instructions for different stitch types. Both the hands-on sewing projects—including a tote bag, drawstring and zipper pouches, a hair bow, potholders, and ribbons—and the embroidery motifs have step-by-step instructions, offering beginning embroiderers everything they need to get started. Those with more experience can experiment with mixing and matching patterns and changing colors or stitch types, inviting endless possibilities for creativity. Whether plant enthusiasts or bakery aficionados, embroiderers of all kinds are sure to spot their favorite things among these inspired patterns.
