Are you ready for some serious SQUISH? Yvonne, of LavenderSheep, has dyed up the DK version of her gorgeous yarn Yakkity Yak (a fingering yarn I'm sure many of you are familiar with). The DK version is squishy and plush, and just begs to be made into a warm fall accessory. This hand-dyed luxury blend is made of merino wool, yak, and silk, and has 330 yards per 4 ounces.
- Fiber: 70 merino wool, 15 yak, 15 silk
- Gauge: dk (3), 5-5.5 sts/inch
- Needle: US 5-7 (3.75-4.5mm)
- Hook: US F-H
- Weight: 114g (4.0oz)
- Yardage: 330
- Care: hand wash, dry flat
**Note: Hand-dyed yarns vary from skein-to-skein and more so from batch-to-batch. We recommend that you purchase enough yarn at once to complete an entire project. Also, when using hand-dyed yarns in a project that requires more than one skein, we recommend alternating skeins every other row to even out any differences.
