shop sample: (i'm a) classy drunk handknit shawlette
(I'm a) Classy Drunk by Sarah Keller is a cute little handknit shawlette that can class up any outfit. When you wear this shawl you will really feel like you're drinking like a classy lady. It doesn't matter if you have sweat pants on, with the Classy Drunk shawl you are instantly transformed into the toast of the town (or your living room). Everyone at the bar (or maybe just your cats) will stop and turn to appreciate the level of swank that just walked in the door. Messy hair? Don't care! You're a classy drunk, after all!
Sofia knit our Classy Drunk sample in the shawlette/neck scarf size; instructions are provided for a larger shawl, which will require more yardage of main color. She used 3 skeins total of Schoppel Senior, a woolen spun, fluffy, fingering weight yarn (100% virgin wool, 157 yds/25 g) - 2 skeins main color and 1 skein contrast color for the lace edging. Senior is dyed on a grey base yarn resulting in a shadow-dyed effect and soft, tonal colors.
