shop sample: look at my holes handknit top
Look At My Holes by James Watts is a top down, seamless raglan crop top with a simple lace repeat creating large holes all around the garment. The combination of large needles and the lace motif make this an incredibly low yardage pattern. Perfect for layering, this handknit top is designed to be worn with a tank top or camisole underneath or as a fun layering piece over a summer dress. Would also be super cute as a summer swimsuit coverup!
Aiko knit our sample using just 2 skeins of new yarn, Mirasol Qori, a beautiful sport weight blend of organic cotton, wool, and cashmere. This fiber blend lends a balance of softness, breathability, and gentle elasticity, resulting in a fabric that is light and comfortable against the skin. Cotton keeps it cool and easy to wear, while merino and cashmere add a touch of warmth and a smooth hand. Qori’s clean stitch definition makes it especially well-suited for textured patterns and lace and we found it to be a perfect fit for this top!
