Wool pellets are 100% wool, natural, sustainable and renewable.
Our wool pellets contain Nitrogen, Pot Ash and Sulfur; all the things that plants love. As they biodegrade they release nutrients. They reduce our watering needs by absorbing up to 30x their weight in water and readily releasing unlike commercial synthetic products. They provide organic matter to the soil that creates an environment roots love. Can be used in houseplants, containers, pots, vegetable gardens and flower beds.
- Mix 1/2 cup to 1 gallon of soil
- 1lb covers approx. 30sq ft.
- Sprinkle around existing plants
- Sprinkle down garden rows & holes when planting
- Push in or work into the soil
- Sprinkle on top of soil to use as mulch if not replanting
- Create a barricade of pellets around plants for slugs and snails
