This whimsical children’s hat is a great way to use up DK weight leftovers. Choose 4 colors - or more or less, it is easy to modify - and stripe away! Sized for newborns to 7 years old. Great for leftovers from our Bamboozled baby wrap cardigan.
- Yarn: 125 (135, 145, 160) total yds of DK weight yarn - 40 (40, 45, 50) yds of Main Color (MC), 35 (40, 40, 45) yds of Color 1 (C1), and 24 (24, 30, 35) yds each of Color 2 and Color 3 (C2 and C3); pictured in 29 Bridges Merino DK Mini Skeins (100% wool; 24 yds/10g), colors Inia (MC), Dusk (C1), Harbor (C2) and Timber (C3)
- Gauge: 5.5 sts/inch in garter st
- Needle: 24" and 16" circular needles size US 6 (4.0mm); optional double pointed needles size US 6 (4.0mm)
