Cupcake by Tin Can Knits is an absolutely adorable lace-yoke pullover handknit baby sweater. The designer describes it as "A light little confection, reminiscent of our favourite birthday treat. Cupcake is a sweet and satisfying knit!" And we couldn't agree more! Available in sizes newborn through adult 6X, (like most Tin Can Knits patterns) this can be knit for the whole family and would be equally lovely in a single color.
Jill knit our sample in 3 skeins of Lamana Como (100% superfine merino wool; 131 yds/25g). This SUPERLIGHT DK weight yarn has generous yardage per weight and creates light, machine washable garments. Great for baby items! This sweater would also work well in the new Berroco Cashmello.
