Florence Pullover by Joji Locatelli is a lightweight, seamless circular yoke pullover with a relaxed, easy-to-wear fit. This pullover handknit sweater has strongĀ Elton vibes! Florence is worked from the top down and combines fingering weight wool with a delicate strand of mohair to create subtle horizontal stripes. Purl ridges add another layer of texture. Florence is designed with a slightly deeper-than-usual yoke for a relaxed silhouette. Instructions are included for adjusting the yoke depth if you prefer a closer fit beneath the arms.
Jill knit our sample as a test knit for the designer using Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (100% superwash merino wool; 420 yds/107g) andĀ Malabrigo Mohair (72% mohair, 28% silk; 229 yds/25g). Her tonal color choice gives an ethereal look to this light-as-a-feather handknit sweater. An instant favorite!
